Development of our inaugural supercar, the Model-JZD, is currently underway — proudly being built in the Motor City.

This summer (2024), fifteen students from the Greater Detroit Area will join our engineers to initiate the build phase of our first full-scale model of the JZD, utilizing state of the art facilities offered by our generous partners. The machine itself is a physical representation of two generations coming together — with our students learning first hand from our team of industry veterans, reserving the right to respectfully challenge processes when necessary.

The DNG Automotive Academy inaugural summer class is slated to begin orientation at the end of June with the program running through the first half of the school year. As the school year returns, students will have a blended learning experience ranging from sponsored research and development projects, corporate tours, leadership opportunities and more. We seek to build a healthy talent pipeline of passionate designers, engineers, entrepreneurs — DeLoreans!
